Our program is divided into 6 seasons. Each season is focused on different athletic areas. 

Session 1

Badminton

Track and Field: Sprinting, Hurdling, Shot Put

Session 2

Handball

Track and Field: High Jump, Long Jump

Every grade has an additional special focus to open the world of athletics for our students and to let them experience the great variety of athletics and sport:

  • High School 1: Skiing, Ice Skating, Swimming and Diving with the acquirement of Certificates (Frühschwimmer, Freischwimmer)
  • High School 2: Rugby, Dodgeball
  • High School 3: Ice Skating, Dogeball
  • High School 4: Tennis, Golf, Yoga
  • High School 5: Combat Sports - Karate, Judo, Jiujitsu, Taekwondo, Martial Arts
