All Junior High students compete in the International Mathematics Competition between Austria, Germany and Switzerland - Känguru der Mathematik.
Congratulations to MARIE (Junior High 3) for achieving the most points of all VES students on the "Känguru der Mathematik" competition 2017. (103,50 P)
We are proud to announce that she was 8th best of all participating girls in Vienna and 29th of all participating students in her age group.
VES Academic Olympics
Our end of the year Olympics challenges all students to compete against each other in 5 academic disciplins.
Science Fair
Every second year high school students have the opportunity to apply scientific methods to conduct independent research. The result of each student's research is presented in a school wide science fair where the student's efforts are displayed and students are interviewed to determine scientific merit.
